The KN1 SLI Extreme includes four DDR DIMM slots that are color coded
for dual channel support. The KN1 SLI Extreme also has two slots
that doesn’t need a separate module to enable single or dual graphics
cards. |

The motherboard also includes plenty of additional 3-pin fan connectors
for expansion and also includes a fan covering to help keep the power
control chips cool The designers of the board stressed cooling to
bring out the potential of the computer. |

The board has 3 PCI expansion slots, 1 PCI Expiress slot and 2 PCI
Express x16 slots if you wish to take advantage of the SLI mode. |

The wealth of ports on this board represent the vast number of features
that are available. There is built in Realtek 8 channel audio and
dual LAN. One LAN port is a Realtek 10/100 port, while the other
is a Marvell Gigabit Ethernet port. There are 4 USB ports along
with the typical PS2 ports for your keyboard and mouse. |

There is not much to look at the back of the board except the bare
purple back of the board and the attachment near the CPU slot. |

The motherboard supports up to 4GB of Dual Channel DDR Memory.
Lastly, you can connect up to 4 ATA drives as well as 4 SATA drives as
